While trying to hang a bug zapper on our patio, we accidentally aroused a yellow jacket nest. We reached out to Chris from Mantis Pest Services when he responded to our request for information about someone who could help with exterminating the nest.
Chris responded promptly and after examining the situation, explained what was happening and how he could remove the nest and make our patio safe again.
His explanation was clear and easy to understand and his work was neat and efficient as he set about the task of removing the next for us. In addition, he provided us with a 30-day guarantee that the yellow jackets will not return. He also spotted a colony of carpenter ants at the base of the patio and sprayed them while he was taking care of the yellow jacket problem.
We were extremely pleased with the services Chris provided for us and will use him in the future should we have any additional pest problems.
